First they publish an official paper on on street parking charges on the council website and then they pull it and say it was a ‘website mockup’ and they have no plans for parking meters.
You couldn’t make this up, they lurch between removing litter bins without consultation to publishing a detailed plan for something they claim they have ‘no plans to do’.
Their statement is not credible, they are out of control.
Why waste our hard earned money on a plan for on street parking charges if they have ‘no plans to introduce it’?
What else are they secretly working on?
