We hold social events to raise funds to fight elections and welcome supporters and members to enjoy these.
Volunteer
Every successful campaign requires a team of passionate people. That’s why we rely on people like you to lend us a pair of helping hands. The opportunities to get involved are limitless.
We require help with various campaign-related jobs - eg delivering leaflets, calling voters, knocking on doors to talk with residents, envelope-stuffing, and telling on election day.
There is no age limit and you don’t have to have any experience to help us out. You also choose how much time you are willing to volunteer and what jobs you are comfortable with.
To get involved, e-mail our friendly office at office@earleyandwoodleyconservatives.org.uk if you want to find out more.
Become a councillor
Local Councillors are elected by the community to decide how the council should carry out its various activities. They represent public interest as well as individuals living within the ward.
They have regular contact with the general public through council meetings, telephone calls or street surgeries. Residents can email for help and advice.
Councillors are not paid a salary for their work, but they do receive allowances. By law, all members of the Council are required to complete a declaration of interest form, the details of which are published annually.
